The following Terms of Use Agreement (the “TOU”) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others which may interact or interface with Synergy Systems, LLC, also known as GlobalWorx, located at 2812 Emerywood Parkway, Henrico, Virginia 23294 and our subsidiaries and affiliates, in association with the use of the GlobalWorx website, which includes www.goglobalworx.com, (the “Site”) and its Services, which shall be defined below.
