This Support and Maintenance/Extended Maintenance Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the terms under which IntervalZero, Inc. (“IntervalZero”) provides either technical Support and Maintenance (Support and Maintenance) or Extended Maintenance (Extended Maintenance) for its family of embedded software products, which comprise RTX and ETS (each individually, the “Software”). Except to the extent otherwise expressly agreed to in a written agreement with IntervalZero, the following terms apply to sales of Support and Maintenance or Extended Maintenance.
