This Support Services Addendum (“Addendum”) is incorporated by reference into and made a part of the applicable End User License Agreement between LogRhythm and the Customer set forth in such agreement (“Agreement”). This Addendum sets forth certain rights, duties, and obligations of the parties with respect to software support services provided or made available to Customer by LogRhythm in connection with the Software licensed or remotely accessed by Customer under the Agreement. This Addendum shall supplement (and not supersede) the Agreement and shall take precedence solely to the extent of any conflict between this Addendum and the Agreement. All capitalized terms used and not expressly defined in this Addendum shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.

The terms of this Support Services Addendum (this “Addendum”) are in addition to the Unisys Master Agreement for Products and Services available at http://www.unisys.com/ms/terms-and-conditions or other written agreement you may have with Unisys, as applicable (the Agreement). This Addendum applies to Support Services for Products identified in a written schedule ( Schedule) to the Agreement, whether ordered from Unisys or an authorized Unisys reseller or as part of a Marketplace Subscription License. The terms of this Addendum will control over any contradictions with terms of the Agreement. Except as defined in this Addendum, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning used in the Agreement.

This Addendum amends the agreement referenced above by the Agreement Number (the “Agreement”), and applies to: (a) all orders for Support Services accepted with this Addendum or subsequently accepted under the Agreement, and (b) existing orders for Support Services under the Agreement upon expiration of the then-current term. Only definitions, descriptions and levels of this Addendum will apply to these Services. The terms of this Addendum will control over any contradictions with terms of the Agreement. Except as defined in this Addendum, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning used in the Agreement.
