This Contract for Support Services and supply of Spare Parts for IER 720 Skylane and Shuttle Lobby Application (hereinafter referred to as Contract) is made and entered into this day of May 2021 between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida whose post office address is Post Office Box 22287, Tampa, Florida 33622 (hereinafter referred to as Authority), and IER, Inc, a Texas corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as Company), (collectively hereinafter referred to as the Parties).
