In an effort to enhance law enforcement and fire safety personnel response to emergencies at District schools or facilities, staff has collaborated with the Broward County Chiefs of Police Association to develop a template agreement for access to real-time (live) video feeds. The template articulates the use cases and restrictions to accessing District video surveillance cameras. The terms are the same as previously Board approved video surveillance agreements with other municipalities. This Agreement has been reviewed and approved as to form and legal content by the Office of the General Counsel.
