This SutterLink Portal Access Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated (the “Effective Date”) by and between SUTTER HEALTH, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, having a principal place of business at 2200 River Plaza Drive, Sacramento, California 95833 (“Sutter”), and County of Placer through its Health and Human Services Department, a political subdivision of the State of California, having its principal place of business at 3091 County Center Drive, Suite 290, Auburn, CA 95678 (“Licensee”) (individually a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
