The Municipality, after following a competitive bidding process in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) and Supply Chain Management Regulations, intends to enter into a service level agreement with Southey Contracting (Pty) Ltd for the Renting of a Pre-Fabricated Building for the Utilisation of Office Space for a 5-Year Period. The Municipality has opted for the rent-to-own option, meaning the building will become the property of the Municipality after the 5-year period.
