Private swim lessons are available for children ages 6 months-10 years old. Lessons are taught with a child-centered approach with competition, gradual progression of water safety skills and formal swimming techniques at each child’s pace. Lesson progression may be adjusted depending on the swimmer’s physical abilities, attention span, and willingness to learn during the lesson. Guardians and/or legal representatives must supervise all private swim lessons. Please keep visitors to a maximum of two during swim lessons to limit distractions. Please monitor closely any siblings in and around the pool area during lessons. All children are required to wear proper swim attire; swim suits or swim trunks. Younger children that are not potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper. If for any reason you need to cancel a lesson, 12 hours’ notice by phone or email is required. Payment by cash, check or credit (5% fee applied for credit payments) is due at the time of registration. If the registration is not in person, then payment is due the first day of lessons before the student enters the water. We will not hold a space if the lesson is not paid for. Your child will be able to enter the water when the lesson is paid for and the Swim Lesson Agreement is signed. If you want to transfer the student’s payment and enrollment to another session, a 5 day notice must be given in order to transfer. No Refunds.

SEMI-PRIVATE + PRIVATESwim Lesson Agreement • December 2nd, 2016
A private swim lesson consists of one-on-one instruction with a swim instructor. A semi-private lesson consists of two-on-one instruction with two students and one instructor. Both types of lessons are taught by an experienced instructor who tailors their teaching towards your individual goals and aquatic needs. If you have any physical limitations, we recommend you see your physician prior to exercising and requesting a private swim lesson. We want your experience with our program to be fun, rewarding, and instructional. So please read the policies below and direct any questions to your instructor or the Aquatics Manager.
