Tenant hereby agrees to incorporate and adopt the terms of this addendum and incorporate this addendum in the foregoing lease, as well as the terms in the Amenities Addendum, as part of the lease entered into between Tenant and (hereinafter “Landlord”) on behalf of the owner of the premises located at (hereinafter “premises”), with regard to the Tenant’s treatment and maintenance of the amenity and the assumptions of risks, losses and liability of such use.
