This Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You”, “Your”, or “Customer”) and Syncfusion, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business located at 2501 Aerial Center Parkway, Suite 200, Morrisville, North Carolina 27560 (“Syncfusion”). If you are acting as an individual, “You”, “Your”, or “Customer” will mean that you agree to be bound by these terms; otherwise, “You”, “Your”, or “Customer” means the business or other entity for which you are obtaining the Licensed Product and the organization or entity that will be granted the rights and abide by the restrictions of the Agreement.
