SSR ENGINEERING, INC., HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "SSR", IS WILLING TO LICENSE THE SYSTEM ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENERGIZING THE SYSTEM, AS ENERGIZING THE SYSTEM AND LOGGING ON WILL INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, THEN SSR IS UNWILLING TO LICENSE THE SYSTEM TO YOU, IN WHICH EVENT YOU SHOULD RETURN THE SYSTEM TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
