The Bidding System provides information about and access to Bid Opportunities issued by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the Counties). By using this Bidding System, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, you will not be permitted to use the Bidding System, and you will therefore not be eligible to bid on Counties Bid Opportunities.
