This Yieldable Net Rate AGREEMENT is made by and between Fesdhu Holdings Pvt. Ltd. trading as W MALDIVES, (hereinafterreferred to as “Hotel”) and MALDIVES BONUS (here in after referred to as “Company”). In consideration of the mutual covenants, conditions and premises herein contained, the receipt and sufficiency of which hereby are acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
