This Tabeeru Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) stipulates terms of use pertaining to the “Tabeeru” fan community site relating to Japanese food, as well as associated services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), provided by Koeeru Inc., (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Individuals who use the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) are required to agree, in advance, with terms of the Agreement.
