Master Subscription AgreementTableau Online • June 30th, 2020 • England and Wales
This Tableau Online Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Field Dynamics and the customer (individual or entity) that has purchased a subscription to Tableau Online (“you”). “Field Dynamics” means the Field Dynamics entity designated on the applicable Ordering Document. “Ordering Document” means any order on a Field Dynamics order form or Statement of Works which references this Agreement. Each Ordering Document which references this Agreement shall be deemed a part of this Agreement. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date which is the earlier of (a) your initial access to Tableau Online through any online provisioning, registration or order process, or (b) the effective date of the first Ordering Document referencing this Agreement.
