This agreement entered into on the latest date signed below, by and between the Talawanda School District Board of Education (“Board”) and the undersigned Student (“User”). The purpose of this agreement is to provide Network (electronic mail, web site, server storage and electronic bulletin board) and/or Internet access, hereinafter referred to as Network, and to govern student use of technology. The Internet is a global information and communication network that provides students and staff with access to up-to-date, highly relevant information that will enhance their learning and the education process.
