The SUBRECIPIENT will establish and maintain appropriate documentation to verify stated performance objectives and will submit such documentation to the CITY’s Community Development and Planning staff when requested, which will be at least monthly during the term of this Agreement or more often, if deemed necessary. The SUBRECIPIENT further agrees to on-site monitoring by representatives of the CITY and HUD.
