ARTWORK (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Meridian, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho (“City”), and Ken McCall, on behalf of McCall Studios LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Idaho (“Artist”). (City and Artist may hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Parties.”)
