These terms and conditions (the "Conditions", and each a "Condition") set out the rights and obligations of the Client and PTF in relation to the sale of Tax Purchase Rights by PTF to the Client, the payment by the Client for those Tax Purchase Rights and their associated Tax Deposits and the delivery by PTF of Tax Deposits to the Client. By submitting an Application the Client is agreeing to be bound by these Conditions.
