This Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the “Agreement”), made and entered into as of this day of February , 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF SPRINGDALE, OHIO (the “City”), a municipal corporation organized and existing under the constitution and the laws of the State of Ohio, and SPRINGDALE COMMERCE PARK OWNER, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Owner”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth for such terms in the Cooperative Agreement (itself defined infra).
