COOPERATION AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF MIDVALE CITY (the “Agency”), a community reinvestment agency and political subdivision of the State of Utah, and CANYONS SCHOOL DISTRICT (the “SCHOOL DISTRICT”), a political subdivision of the State of Utah (together, the “Parties”) in contemplation of the following facts and circumstances:
