This TCU VISA® Accelerate Secured Credit Card (VASCC) Account Agreement (“VASCC Account Agreement”) sets forth your rights and obligations and ours under your TCU Accelerate - Secured Credit Card Account ("Account"). Please read it carefully and retain it for future reference; it contains the terms that will govern your Account. In this Agreement, the applicant, co-applicant, and any other person you authorize to use the Account will be referred to as "you", "your", and "yours". TCU, or its agents, authorized representatives, successors, or assignees, will be referred to as "we", "our", and "us".
