This Teach For All Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) effective September 7, 2011, (the “Effective Date”) is made and entered by Teach For All, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, located at 315 West 36th Street, 6th Floor, New York, New York 10018, USA (“Teach For All”) and TeachForAustria gemeinnützige GmbH, a corporation created under the laws of Austria, located at Am Hof 8, 1010 Wien, Austria (“the Partner”) (individually, "the Party" and together, “the Parties”).
