This TEAM MEMBER CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), signed on the dates set forth below to be effective as of August 3, 2015 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between HealthEquity, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), and Jon Soldan, a resident of the state of Utah (“Team Member”).
