Welcome to TeamConnectsm TeamConnect sm Subscriber License AgreementThis Subscriber License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs access to and use of the TeamConnect service (the "Service") provided by pdvWireless, Inc. (“PDV”) and the PDV website (the “Site”) by the company or organization named in the PDV Customer Agreement and/or Order Form (“Customer Agreement”) as the Customer (“you”). By executing the Customer Agreement and/or otherwise accessing or using the Service or the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by and comply with this Agreement. This Agreement is effective as between you and PDV from the earliest date on which you executed the Customer Agreement or otherwise started to use the Service or the Site. Any terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Customer Agreement.
