AMENDMENT TO THE TECHNICAL CURRENCY AGREEMENTTechnical Currency Agreement • May 5th, 2020
Maintenance Provider and Licensee are parties to the Technical Currency Agreement dated August 14, 1997, as thereafter amended (the “Maintenance Agreement”). Licensee now desires to obtain from Maintenance Provider Improvements for the Licensed Software identified in this Amendment (the “Maintenance Amendment”), on the terms and conditions of the Maintenance Agreement, as modified by this Maintenance Amendment. This Maintenance Amendment is entered into by the parties on the latest date shown on the signature page of this Maintenance Amendment (the “Execution Date”). Maintenance Provider’s obligations hereunder will commence on September 1, 2017 (the “Commencement Date”). Maintenance Provider and Licensee, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows:
