BETWEENTechnical Exchange and Cooperation Arrangement • May 29th, 2020
The USNRC and the CEA will cooperate in the field of safety of radioactive waste management in accordance with the provisions of this Arrangement and on the basis of a reasonably balanced exchange. Nothing contained in this- Arrangement shall require either party to take any action which would be inconsistent with its laws, regulations and national policy. Should any conflict arise between the terms of this Arrangement and those laws, regula- tions and national policy, the parties agree to consult before any action is taken.
