Interrater Agreement in SPICE-Based Assessments: Some Preliminary ResultsTechnical Report • January 5th, 2001
Contract Type FiledJanuary 5th, 2001Tke international SPICE Project intenbs to beliver an ISO stanbarb on software process assessment. Tkis project is unique in software engineering stanbarbs in tkat tkere is a set of empirical trials, tke objectives of wkick are to evaluate tke prospective stanbarb anb provibe feebback before stanbarbization. One of tke enburing issues being evaluateb buring tke trials is tke reliability of assessments baseb on SPICE. One element of reliability is tke extent to wkick bifferent teams assessing tke same processes probuce similar ratings wken presenteb witk tke same evibence. In tkis paper we present some preliminary results from two assessments conbucteb buring tke SPICE trials. In eack of tkese assessments two inbepenbent teams performeb tke same ratings. Tke results inbicate tkat in general tkere is at least moberate agreement between tke two teams in botk cases. Wken we take into account tke severity of bisagreement tken tke extent of agreement between tke two teams is almost perfect.

ContractTechnical Report • October 8th, 1999
Contract Type FiledOctober 8th, 1999in Fig. 4 for the normal incidence. The agreement is quite good. For the gridded-square array, over 20-dB attenuation is achieved at the second harmonic (4.9 GHz), and for the double-square array, over 10-dB attenuation are achieved at both the second (4.9 GHz) and third harmonics (7.35 GHz). The insertion loss at 2.45 GHz for both the gridded- and double-square arrays is less than 0.5 dB. The gridded- square array was also tested with a rectenna array. The efficiency of the rectenna decreases approximately 1% when the FSS is added, and the second-order harmonic (4.9 GHz) from the rectenna array is reduced approximately 10–15 dB, depending on the distance between the rectenna and FSS arrays. There are two ways to simultaneously suppress the second- and the third-order harmonics. One is to use two gridded-square arrays with their center frequencies at 4.9 and
Project ESSnet project GEOSTAT 1B Agreement No. 50502.2009.004-2011.536 WP 1B: Geostatistics by disaggregation or mixed methods Task 1B.3: The production of datasets according to the “Hybrid” Approach Deliverable Technical report, WP1B.3 Dataset Date...Technical Report • February 14th, 2014
Contract Type FiledFebruary 14th, 2014The first and the most important phase of the production: to specify, analyze the problem and to design the generic framework for creating the population grid. During the project a couple of examples of used hybrid solutions from other countries (Poland, Portugal, France, Spain and Ireland) were studied. The conclusion after comparing each case showed that there is no universal solution that can be applied. Even more, it is difficult to give a general overview of a “hybrid”, it can be sensed in every part – in the statistical datasets, in the methods, in the spatial datasets.
