The purpose of this contract is to advance in the design of the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) system of the ITER type B Radwaste Treatment System that will be implemented in the Hot Cell Building.

These General Conditions have been prepared for use by T/LPAs in the administration of Federal- aid Projects. The purpose of these General Conditions is to define each contracting party’s duties and privileges, and the rules by which they are to meet obligations and perform the Work they agreed upon.
