The provision of our technical support, service and hosting is subject to the the terms and conditions set out in the the Schedules below. Your payment for the provision of this service shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and shall form a contract between yourself (you) and Spacecraft Limited (company registration number 8538777) of Universe House, 1 Merus Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester LE19 1RJ (us or we) in respect of the support, maintenance (and where relevant) hosting as listed in the Contract Information Sheet and in accordance with the Licence of the Software
