This TECHNOLOGY ACCESS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of [⚫], 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between Gevo, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Gevo”), Phillips 66 Company, a Delaware corporation (“P66”), and Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, a Delaware corporation (“ADM,” and together with P66, the “Potential Partners”).
