This TECHNOLOGY AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of October 15, 2018 (“Effective Date”), by and between FinWise Bank, a Utah state chartered bank (“FB”) and Elevate Decision Sciences, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“EDS”).
