THIS TECHNOLOGY AND TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of June 5, 2009 (the “Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between NxStage Medical, Inc., a company organized and existing under the laws of Delaware, and having offices at 439 S.
