THIS TECHNOLOGY LICENSE (as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time, this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 1st day of March, 2006, by and between ARKENOL, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada ("Licensor"), and BlueFire Ethanol, Inc., a to be formed Nevada corporation ("Licensee").
