TECHNOLOGY SALE AGREEMENT TECHNOLOGY SALE AGREEMENT made as of the 1st day of January, 2005, between MILESTONE SCIENTIFIC INC., a Delaware corporation (“Milestone”), and CLAUDIA HOCHMAN and MARK HOCHMAN (collectively the “Sellers”).
