THESE TELECOMMUNICATIONS TERMS OF USE (this “Agreement”) govern the Interconnected Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (“VoIP”) telecommunications services, (the “Communications Services” or the “SP Services”), provided by SHOUTPOINT, INC., a California corporation (“SP”), pursuant to an active Service Order between SP and the subscribing school district on behalf of itself and each of its constituent schools (collectively, the “School District”).
