The following constitutes the terms, conditions, and responsibilities of this TeleCOOP Work Agreement between United States Agency for International Development and the employee designated below. Upon review and signature of the Agreement by the employee and his/her immediate supervisor, the respective Bureau/Independent Office (B/IO) is responsible for maintaining the TeleCOOP Work Agreement as part of its supplemental COOP documentation. TeleCOOP Work Agreements must be renewed on an annual basis.
