THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDE, IN PARTICULAR, LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY IN CLAUSE 5, CLAUSE 6, CLAUSE 14 AND CLAUSE 17. • IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE SUPPLIER WILL NOT SUPPLY THE SERVICES AND/OR HARDWARE TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE CUSTOMER MUST DISCONTINUE THE ORDERING PROCESS.
