By this agreement (the Agreement), dated October 1, 2016, by and between the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) and the Licensee and Grantee named in Section I below (collectively the Grantee), CPB and Grantee, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, hereby agree as follows:
