This policy and related documents derive from the bargaining and award(s) over a statewide telework policy as set forth in the SEBAC 2017, Cross Unit Agreement, and the 7/31/2021 Stipulated agreement. Absent mutual agreement otherwise, they establish the State’s telework policy with respect to all bargaining units listed in Appendix A.
