The following template consists of a master agreement for the hire of vehicles including the terms and conditions of hire and a pro forma schedule for detailing the actual items hired. This template is specifically designed to cater for the hire of ‘vehicles’ only, which are defined as cars, trucks, utilities or trailers and includes accessories. However, it will cover other goods if there is no other documentation for them. It is important that for each hire, the vehicle be specifically described in the Schedule (see discussion below).
