This Temporary Concession Agreement ("Contract") is entered into on June 28, 2015, by and between PORT SAN LUIS HARBOR DISTRICT, a harbor district formed pursuant to California Harbors and Navigation Code section 6000 et seq. (hereinafter called “Landlord”) and SLO Coast Kayaks, LLC dba Avila Beach Paddlesports and Vincent Shay and Emily Shay (collectively hereinafter called “Concessionaire”). Together the Landlord and Concessionaire are known as the Parties.
