This TEMPORARY LEASE AND CONCESSION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made and entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the MEMPHIS- SHELBY COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a body politic and corporate, existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Tennessee ("Authority”); and ) , a limited liability company, and , a limited liability company, (jointly “Concessionaire”).
