For employees of the Minnesota State Academies who have been approved for temporary teleworking as needed during the 2019-2020 school year, this agreement governs conditions for temporary teleworking that will be applied as needed due to the following conditions: School Closures due to snow, extreme cold, or other weather conditions; Poor road conditions preventing normal commute to work; Unique needs due to scheduling or travel arrangements; Unique situations requiring specific accommodations that are only available in alternate locations; or Incident requiring implementation of MSA’s Continuity of Operations Plan/Crisis Implementation Plan. This plan requires pre-approval of the superintendent or the On-Call Supervisor to be implemented.
