This Tenant Assistance Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the City of Raleigh, North Carolina (“City”) and Campbell University (“University”). City and University may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as “Parties” in this Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective on the date it is last signed by any Party.
