I/We (hereinafter called "the Contractor") do hereby agree to supply, haul and place Granular "A" on 5.8 km of Musky Bay Road, from just past Victoria Road to the end of Musky Bay Road and 0.40km of Hickman Road to the dead end for the price bid as set out herein and in the attached Schedules "A". Project must be completed between May 2nd to May 13th 2022. Tenders will be opened publicly at the St. Charles Council Chambers immediately following the tender closing time. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Project schedules may be negotiated with winning bidder. Dust suppression may be required.

I/We (hereinafter called "the Contractor") do hereby agree to supply, haul and place Granular "A" on 6.5 km of Pothier Road, from just off Highway 535 to dead end, 0.20km of Carpenter Road from Pothier Road to Marsim Court and 0.60km of Marsim Court from Carpenter Road to dead end for the price bid as set out herein and in the attached Schedules "A". The project must be started and completed between May 25th and June 11th, 2021. Tenders will be opened publicly at the St. Charles Council Chambers immediately following the tender closing time. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
