The Union Mills Community Association Board of Directors has developed the following agreement in order to provide Members the ability to obtain access to the tennis court. Below are the terms of this agreement:

I/We have read and agreed to all the rules and regulations set forth by the Crowne Meadows Homeowners Association (CMHA) Board of Directors, and Allied Realty Corp. Inc. I/We understand that failure to abide by the Rules and Regulation set forth will result in my being denied, for as long as the Crowne Meadows Homeowners Association Board of Directors deem necessary, access to the Tennis Court governed by Crowne Meadows Homeowners Association and Allied Realty Corp. Inc. I/We assume full responsibility for any injury to any being resulting from my usage at the Tennis Court. I/We assume full responsibility for any damage to the Crowne Meadows HOA Tennis Court property incurred by my use/misuse. I/We know that participation in play or competitive activity at the Crowne Meadows HOA Tennis Court, granted through this agreement, may result in serious injuries, and hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree not to hold the Crowne Meadows Homeowners Association, Allied Realty Corp. I
