This Memorandum of Understanding entered into this 4th day of June, 2014, extends the current Master Labor Agreement between the Associated General Contractors of California, Inc. (AGC) and the Carpenters 46Northern California Counties Conference Soard for and on behalf of Pile Drivers Local Union #34 through June 30, 2019 and provides the following modifications to the 2011-2015 AGC/Pile Drivers Master Labor Agreement:

This AGREEMENT, made this 1st day of July 201920, between Howard County, Maryland, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and "HCPOA Lodge 21", hereinafter referred to, as the "Union" shall be effective as of July 1, 201920.

TENTATIVE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
Tentative Settlement Agreement • November 16th, 2020

Port Authority of Allegheny County ("Port Authority") and Local 85 Amalgamated Transit Union ("Union") are parties to a collective bargaining agreement covering first level supervisory employees that expired on June 30, 2020. Port Authority and Union (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Parties") have reached a Tentative Agreement ("Agreement") that would extend and revise their agreement as set forth below. The bargaining committees appointed by the Parties have both agreed to recommend this agreement for ratification. The terms of the Tentative Agreement are as follows:

PFT and PUSD Tentative Settlement Agreement (TA) 2018-2019 & 2019-2020
Tentative Settlement Agreement • August 30th, 2019

For this TA to be implemented, it must be ratified by a majority of PFT Members who vote by secret ballot on September 3 & 4. If ratified by PFT Members, it must then go to the PUSD School Board for a vote on Sept. 12, 2019.

Tentative Settlement Agreement • September 9th, 2022

The IBPS Fiscal Group has worked together throughout the year monitoring the District budget beginning with the 2005/06 true up. In that process, we took a look back to see if the expenditures on teachers for the preceding year were within a range that showed a maintenance of effort and that a similar percentage of new dollars to the District continued to be spent on teachers in some form or fashion as has been done in the past.
