THIS AGREEMENT is dated as of the day of 20 , by and between R&M SERVICE SOLUTIONS, LLC, duly authorized to conduct business in the State of Florida, whose address is 7256 Westport Place, Suite A, West Palm Beach, Florida 33413, in this Agreement referred to as “CONTRACTOR”, and SEMINOLE COUNTY, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is Seminole County Services Building, 1101 E. 1st Street, Sanford, Florida 32771, in this Agreement referred to as “COUNTY”.
