THIS SUPPLEMENT NO. 3 dated as of April 8, 2010 (this "Supplement"), among (i) CALIFORNIA PETROLEUM TRANSPORT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation ("CalPetro") and (ii) THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A.
